Acceptable use policy

Effective June 12, 2026

Rispora exists to earn replies, not to blast inboxes. Spam gets domains blocklisted, burns the channels you connected, and ruins deliverability for everyone sending near you. So the rules below are not fine print; the product enforces most of them, and we enforce the rest.

You must

  • Send only from accounts you own or are authorized to use, with your real identity: who you are and the business you represent must be clear in every message.
  • Target businesses with a plausible reason to hear from you. The planner asks for that reasoning per segment; mean it.
  • Honor a no. Stop-on-reply is built in; if someone declines, opts out, or asks where you got their details, respect it immediately.
  • Follow the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and the people you contact (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR, and local equivalents), and the rules of the channels you connect: Google and Microsoft sending policies, LinkedIn’s terms, and Meta’s WhatsApp Business and template rules.

You must not

  • Upload or target purchased consumer lists, scraped personal (not business) contact data, or sensitive categories of people.
  • Use deceptive sender names, subject lines, or claims, or impersonate anyone.
  • Keep messaging someone who said no, or route around suppressions and limits (including by registering extra workspaces).
  • Use Rispora for anything illegal or harmful: scams, malware, counterfeit goods, harassment, or outreach for prohibited products.

Volume, warm-up, and limits

Plans cap sourcing and sending, and new mailboxes ramp up gradually with rotation so your domain reputation survives. These limits protect you; we may throttle sending that looks like it will hurt deliverability, yours or anyone’s.

Replies and suppression

A reply stops that prospect’s sequence automatically. Declines and opt-out requests are suppressed across your workspace, and addresses we are asked to remove at support@afriven.com are suppressed by us.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we warn, throttle, pause campaigns, or suspend accounts; deliberate abuse ends the account under the Terms of service. To report abuse by a Rispora customer, email support@afriven.com with the message headers or a copy of what you received.
