This policy explains when Rispora issues refunds. It is part of our Terms of service and applies to every paid subscription and top-up.
Who processes your payment
Payments are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes care of billing, currency conversion, and tax. Any refund approved under this policy is issued back through Paddle to the payment method you used.
14-day money-back on your first payment
Your first paid subscription charge comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Rispora is not the right fit, email us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. This applies once per workspace and to the first payment only.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and renewal payments are not refundable. You can cancel anytime before a renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future billing, and your plan stays active through the end of the cycle you already paid for.
Cancellations
Cancel from your billing settings or by emailing us. After the 14-day window we do not refund or pro-rate the unused part of a cycle, but you keep full access until that cycle ends.
Annual plans
Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day money-back window from the first charge. After 14 days, the annual fee is not refundable for the rest of the term, and the plan remains active until it ends.
Top-ups and usage
One-off top-ups for extra leads, messages, or enrichment are non-refundable once any part has been used. An unused top-up bought by mistake can be refunded within 14 days if none of it has been spent.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you were billed in error, charged twice, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount in full, regardless of the windows above.
How to request a refund
Email support@afriven.com from the address on your account, with your workspace name and the date of the charge. We reply within a few business days. Approved refunds reach your payment method through Paddle within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will notify you in the product or by email before it applies. For any questions, email support@afriven.com.
