These terms are the agreement between you and Rispora for using the service. By creating a workspace or using Rispora you accept them; if you are doing so for a company, you confirm you can bind it.
The service
Rispora turns an outbound goal into a campaign: it proposes a plan you approve, sources business prospects from public web data, drafts personalized messages with AI, sends them from accounts you connect, and tracks replies. Nothing sends until you launch a plan.
Your account and workspace
Keep your sign-in credentials safe and your account information accurate. Workspace owners and admins control members, integrations, and billing, and are responsible for activity inside their workspace.
Connected accounts
You may only connect mailboxes, LinkedIn profiles, and WhatsApp numbers that you own or are authorized to use, and you authorize Rispora to send and read replies through them for your sequences. The providers’ own terms (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta) apply to those accounts, and their standing (deliverability, reputation, platform restrictions) remains yours. You can disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
Sending through Rispora must follow the Acceptable use policy: truthful sender identity, relevant business-to-business targeting, opt-outs honored, no spam. It is part of these terms, and we enforce it to protect every customer’s deliverability.
Trial, plans, and billing
- The demo trial runs 14 days, needs no card, simulates sending, and expires on its own. When it ends your workspace becomes read-only; nothing is deleted.
- Paid plans bill to your card in USD and renew automatically, monthly or annually (annual billing takes 20% off). You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle.
- Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next renewal. Usage beyond plan quotas is available as top-ups you approve first; we do not silently overcharge.
- If a charge fails we email you and pause sending until it is sorted. Your data stays put.
Your content and data
Your goals, campaigns, prospect lists, and messages are yours. You give us only the license needed to operate the service on them: to store, process, display, and transmit them as the product requires. You can export your leads and delete your data.
AI output
Plans and messages are machine-generated and shown to you before anything launches. Review them; you are responsible for what you approve and send. We do not guarantee accuracy of generated text or sourced data, nor any particular outcome (deliveries, replies, or revenue).
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Rispora up and improving, and may add, change, or retire features. We will not materially reduce what your paid plan includes mid-cycle without telling you.
Suspension and termination
We may throttle, pause, or suspend accounts that break the acceptable use policy, threaten the platform or other customers, or fall behind on payment. You can close your account at any time; after closure we delete workspace data within 30 days as described in the Privacy policy.
Disclaimers and liability
Rispora is provided as-is, without warranties beyond what the law requires. To the extent permitted by law, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnity
You will cover claims against us that arise from your campaigns, your content, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and disputes belong to its courts, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
