How do I pay?
By card. Add a card and we charge it each cycle. Everything is priced in USD, so it works the same wherever you are.
Is it really auto-renewing?
Yes. We charge your card at the start of each cycle and email a receipt. Cancel anytime, no lock-in. If a charge fails we email you and pause sending until it's sorted, nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans?
Anytime, both ways. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate. Downgrades apply at your next renewal. Your leads and campaigns stay put.
What happens after the trial?
The 14-day trial needs no card. When it ends, your workspace drops to read-only: your data is safe, sending pauses. Pick a plan and pay to switch sending back on. Nothing is deleted.
What counts as a 'message'?
An AI-written send, like an email. Replies you receive don't count. Follow-ups inside a sequence do. LinkedIn and WhatsApp sends will count the same way once they ship.
Do I have to bring my own mailbox?
Yes, and that's the point. You connect your own Gmail, Outlook, or any inbox, and Rispora sends from it with rotation so your domain stays clean. We never gate how many mailboxes you connect.
What if I blow past my limits?
Sourcing and enrichment overage is pay-as-you-go, billed to your card in small credit packs. We'll never silently overcharge: you approve the top-up. Sending caps protect your deliverability, so we'll warn you before you hit them.
Why is WhatsApp metered?
WhatsApp is coming soon. When it ships, Meta bills per marketing message, so each plan will include a WhatsApp allowance. Beyond that you connect your own number and Meta bills you directly.
